1. What is Excelsior Sky Residences?

Excelsior Sky Residences is a 36-storey residential condominium development in Iloilo with podium parking, a full amenity floor, and multiple residential levels offering river, Guimaras, and CBD/city views.

2. How many floors does the building have?

The building has 36 levels broken down like this:

  • Ground floor – lobby/entry
  • 2nd to 6th floor – podium parking (5 levels)
  • 7th floor – amenity level
  • 8th to 36th floor – residential floors (no 13th floor)
  • Roof deck – for building/technical use (and possible view deck depending on final plan)

3. What views are available?

Depending on the unit’s orientation and floor, buyers can enjoy one or more of the following:

  • Iloilo River view
  • Guimaras view
  • Central Business District / Iloilo Business Park skyline view
  • City / Diversion / Jaro view

  • Unit A – around 25 sqm (1BR) with small balcony
  • Unit B – around 35.75 sqm (can work as bigger 1BR or 2BR) with balcony
  • Unit D – around 40 sqm (1BR/2BR style) with balcony
  • Unit C1 – around 50.5 sqm (2BR) with balcony
  • Unit C2 – around 57 sqm (2BR) with a much larger/extended balcony

Note: Availability of certain unit types may vary per floor.

7. Which floors have residential units?

Residential units start on the 8th floor up to the 36th floor. The 13th floor is skipped. Some unit types only appear on certain floors.

8. Do all units have balconies?

Most of the bigger 1BR and 2BR units have balconies. The 57 sqm unit (C2) has an extended balcony for people who want to maximize the view. Some of the smaller compact units may be interior-type. Always check the exact layout of the unit you are buying.

The plan shows a roof deck level above the 36th floor. This is typically for building/technical use and, depending on the final developer plan, may be activated as a viewing/utility area. Ask your sales representative for the latest update.
